NFS Events

Our screenings of short films by local directors are designed to encourage audiences and filmmakers to get out of their seats and engage one another.

Film festivals traditionally promote little dialogue between filmmakers and audience members beyond Q&A sessions and exclusive parties for pass-holders. NFS screenings offer an inclusive, interactive and social experience.

Held at cultural locations and including food, drink and live music, our screenings provide valuable feedback for filmmakers and attract individuals that may not be familiar with independent film.
